One engagement.
One flat fee.
You know the full cost before we make a single call, and it never changes. Nothing we earn comes from dealers, lenders, or manufacturers — the fee you see here is our only compensation.
One engagement that carries your purchase from the first dealer contact to the signed paperwork. We source the vehicle, run the negotiation across competing dealers, check the rate you're quoted against the lender's actual approval, and read every line of the contract before your name goes on it.
Pay however works for you.
The fee is collected when your engagement is confirmed. Dealer outreach begins only after payment clears — never before, and never on spec.
You pay for a delivered result — not an attempt.
The fee stays fully refundable until the engagement produces what you hired us for. Per the Client Service Agreement (CSA):
Vehicles occasionally disappear mid-deal — sold out from under the negotiation, withdrawn by the dealer, or damaged before purchase. When that happens, the choice is yours:
- Substitute a comparable vehicle — same year, make, model, and general trim level — and continue under the terms already in place, or
- End the engagement and receive the negotiation component of the fee back in full.
If we don't receive your decision within five business days of our notice, we close out the engagement and refund the negotiation component automatically.
Is the fee worth it? Run your numbers.
Model what a dealer typically earns on an unrepresented deal — financing or leasing — and weigh it against the flat fee.

No. You pay the flat fee and nothing else. We take no percentage of savings, no dealer referral money, and no compensation from any other party to the transaction. If a fee structure rewarded us for anything other than your outcome, our advice would be worth less — so we don't use one.
You get the fee back, in full. Meridian Complete is earned only at delivery — if the engagement ends without you taking delivery of a vehicle, we refund the entire fee. If the specific vehicle we're negotiating disappears mid-engagement (bought by someone else, pulled by the dealer, damaged before purchase), you choose: swap in a comparable vehicle of the same year, make, model, and trim level and keep going under the same terms, or end the engagement and receive a full refund. If we don't hear a decision within five business days, we treat the engagement as ended and issue the refund automatically.
ACH, credit card, check, or Zelle — whichever you prefer. The fee is collected when the engagement begins; we don't start dealer outreach before then.
Yes. For leases we negotiate the capitalized cost, verify the money factor against the program's published rate, and confirm the residual matches the manufacturer's current guide — the lease-specific equivalents of everything we verify on a financed purchase.
Multi-vehicle and referral arrangements are handled directly — reach out and we'll structure something appropriate for your situation.
