Terms of Service

Client Obligations

Clients agree to supply accurate, complete information at intake and throughout the engagement, and to promptly correct information that changes. Clients should coordinate direct dealer contact with Meridian Auto Advisory LLC while we are actively negotiating so the dealer receives consistent instructions.

We may end an engagement if inaccurate information, unsafe conduct, or uncoordinated communications make the work impracticable. If the engagement ends before vehicle delivery, the entire Meridian Complete fee remains refundable and will be returned in full.

Engagement and Payment

Meridian Complete is the sole core advisory service and costs $1,000. The engagement is confirmed under the applicable Client Service Agreement and payment must clear before advisory work begins. Payment may be made using the methods offered at checkout or agreed in writing.

The entire $1,000 Meridian Complete fee remains fully refundable until vehicle delivery and is earned only upon delivery under the completed transaction. Dealer outreach, negotiation work, document preparation, or time spent on the engagement does not change that refund rule. If the engagement ends before delivery, the full Meridian Complete fee is returned.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these Terms of Service. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to an advisory engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kent County, Delaware.

Limitation of Liability

For any claim arising from an advisory engagement, Meridian Auto Advisory LLC's total liability to the client is capped at the fee paid for that engagement. Meridian Auto Advisory LLC is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages of any kind. This limitation applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Meridian Auto Advisory LLC makes no guarantee of any particular savings amount, deal structure, vehicle availability, or transaction outcome. Every vehicle transaction is shaped by market conditions, dealer inventory, and the buyer's individual credit profile. Savings achieved for past clients are illustrative only and do not predict what your result will be.

Savings figures cited in testimonials and marketing materials are the actual outcomes those particular clients reported; they are not claims of typical results.

Scope of Advisory Services

Our advisory work is limited to what the applicable Client Service Agreement specifies. Meridian Complete includes vehicle sourcing, dealer negotiation, financing and fee review, review of the final purchase or lease documents before the client signs, closing coordination, and 30 days of post-signing support. Transport Coordination is a separate optional add-on and is not included in the $1,000 Meridian Complete fee.

We do not give legal, tax, or insurance advice. Information about F&I products, financing terms, vehicle valuations, or contract language is general automotive advisory information. Decisions about the vehicle, financing, optional products, and whether to sign remain with the client.

Service Description

Meridian Auto Advisory LLC provides one core automotive advisory service, Meridian Complete, for a flat $1,000 fee. We are not a licensed automotive dealer, lender, law firm, insurer, or registered financial advisor. No particular vehicle, price, financing approval, timetable, savings amount, or transaction outcome is guaranteed.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be revised from time to time. Material changes will show in the updated date at the top of this page, and continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of it.
