Refund Policy

Our Approach to Refunds

Meridian Complete is the sole core advisory service and costs $1,000. The entire fee stays fully refundable until vehicle delivery and is earned only upon delivery. Transport Coordination is a separate optional add-on, is not included in the $1,000 fee, and is governed by the scope and refund terms agreed for that add-on.

Meridian Complete — $1,000

The entire Meridian Complete fee is earned only upon vehicle delivery under the completed purchase or lease transaction covered by the engagement, including a replacement vehicle you have expressly agreed to accept.

Until delivery occurs, the entire $1,000 fee remains refundable. Either side may end the engagement before delivery by written notice, and the full fee will be returned. Dealer outreach, negotiation work, final-document review, or the client's decision to sign before a later delivery does not make any part of the fee earned early. The full refund applies if no suitable vehicle is located, the client declines the available terms, a vehicle becomes unavailable, or the engagement otherwise ends before delivery.

If Your Vehicle Becomes Unavailable

Sometimes the vehicle at the center of an active Meridian Complete engagement stops being available — another buyer signs first, the dealer pulls the listing, or the car is damaged before closing. When that happens we notify you promptly, and the decision is yours to make between two paths:

• Continue the engagement on its existing terms with a replacement vehicle matching the original's year, make, model, and general trim level, or
• End the engagement

You are never obligated to accept a replacement. Ending the engagement returns the entire service fee under the delivery-contingent terms above. Should five business days pass after our notice without a decision from you, the engagement ends automatically and the refund is issued.

Included Post-Signing Support

Meridian Complete includes 30 days of support after the client signs the final purchase or lease documents. That support is included in the $1,000 fee and is not a separate service or charge. The delivery-based earning rule above remains unchanged: if signing occurs before delivery, the fee remains fully refundable until delivery.
